Services

We provide programming consulting: technical assessments, advisory sessions, and scoped implementation engagements related to software architecture and codebase planning. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a written statement of work agreed after your inquiry—not by this website alone.

Website use

Content on logicpath.digital is for general information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it for unrelated commercial databases, or misrepresent affiliation with LogicPath.

Confidentiality

When you grant repository or system access, both parties treat non-public materials as confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Fees and payment

Invoicing terms appear on your statement of work. Late payment may pause work after notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under South African law, our liability for consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Consumer Protection Act

Where you qualify as a consumer under the CPA, your statutory rights are not excluded. Paid services are described on our services page; refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Governing law

South African law applies. Disputes should first be raised with us in writing at info@logicpath.digital.
