We map services, shared libraries, data flows, and deployment paths. Deliverables typically include a findings document, risk-ranked themes, and suggested sequencing for remediation. Access is read-only unless you explicitly expand scope.
Advisory sessions
Booked blocks for your tech leads. We work through boundary decisions, API contracts, testing strategy, or migration cutovers. Sessions produce written notes you can attach to tickets or ADRs.
Scoped implementation
When you want engineering help inside the repo, we define a bounded statement of work: modules, pipelines, or test suites—with milestones and acceptance checks. Fees and timelines are quoted after discovery.
