Cooling-off (direct marketing)
If you engaged us after unsolicited direct marketing from our side, the Consumer Protection Act may give you five business days to cancel after concluding the transaction. For typical inquiries you initiate after finding us online, cooling-off may not apply; we still honour the windows below where stated in your statement of work.
Standard refund window (proposed)
Unless your signed statement of work says otherwise:
- Before work starts: fees paid for an engagement may be refunded in full if you cancel in writing at least two business days before the scheduled start.
- After work starts: fees are refundable only for the portion of work not yet performed, minus reasonable costs already incurred.
- Deposits and milestones: milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has begun.
Non-refundable items
Completed deliverables, advisory hours already delivered, and third-party costs we incurred on your behalf are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@logicpath.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days where possible.
Rescheduling
Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four hours’ notice without penalty. Late cancellations may be billed as delivered time.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, that time may count as delivered.
CPA rights
Nothing here limits statutory rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where they apply.
