What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, message text, and the page you submitted from.
- Cookie preference: your accept/reject choice stored locally in your browser (see Cookies).
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless law or an active contract requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under POPIA sections 23–25 you may request access, correction, or deletion of outdated personal information, and object to processing where applicable. Contact the Information Officer above. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
Cross-border transfers
We host and process inquiry data on infrastructure serving logicpath.digital within arrangements appropriate to your inquiry; we do not sell personal information.
Security
Access to inquiry data is limited to personnel working on your request. Technical details of hosting are managed under our supplier agreements.

Material updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
