Questions teams ask before booking
Do you sign NDAs before seeing our repo?
Yes. We treat your source, diagrams, and incident history as confidential under our terms and POPIA-aligned privacy policy. Access is limited to consultants assigned to your engagement.
Can you work remotely outside Cape Town?
Most assessments and advisory sessions run remotely with secure repository access. On-site workshops are available in the Western Cape when you need whiteboard time with the whole team.
How are fees set?
After the initial inquiry we propose scope, deliverables, and a fee range. Nothing is invoiced until you confirm the written statement of work.
Will you implement code or only advise?
Both are possible. Many clients start with an assessment and advisory track, then open a scoped implementation engagement for a defined module or pipeline.
